Job Opportunities
- The Custodian/Janitorial/Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining the clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas, such as, exhibit, common areas, employee break areas
- The individual will perform janitorial duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures including Covid 19 sanitizing guidelines
- As a representative of the Custodial/ Janitorial Department, this individual is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures company standards
- Experience with general Janitorial duties and cleaning equipment
- Prior work experience in a physically demanding field: Environmental Services and Janitorial
- Thorough knowledge of the common tools, equipment, and materials used in cleaning and maintenance activities
- Experience and ability to operate general hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Ability to maintain cleaning equipment and machinery
- Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety rules and regulations
- Considerable knowledge of employee policies and procedures

- Listen and communicate with compassion and positivity
- This role routinely uses cleaning equipment such as mops, vacuums, and other cleaning tools
